沃爾沃斯（ WOOLWORTHS)驗廠為社會責(zé)任驗廠以及質(zhì)量驗廠，兩個項目同時進(jìn)行審核，難度較大。沃爾沃斯驗廠一般分為三個等級：半年期、一年期、兩年期，兩年期為最高等級。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有關(guān)鍵不符合點，工廠無法遵從道德采購政策所規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，需緊急實行改正行動計劃，盡快做到符合，存在危險的工廠必須進(jìn)行再審。
Woolworths(沃爾沃斯)驗廠注意事項：
1.Business License/ Business Permit/ Tax Registration 營業(yè)執(zhí)照/稅務(wù)登記證
2.Company Profile/ organization chart/ Factory floor Layout 公司簡介/ 組織架構(gòu)圖/ 工廠平面圖
3.Company Policy / Rules and Regulations/ employee handbook 公司政策/ 廠規(guī)廠紀(jì)/ 員工手冊
4.Inspection report or permit on fire safety or building structural quality 工廠消防驗收報告/ 廠房建筑質(zhì)量驗收報告
5.Inspection report permit on including dormitory.
6.Inspection report or permit on environmental or waste disposal plants 環(huán)保審批報告/批文，污水處理設(shè)備批文
7.Inspection report or permit on specialized equipment including boilers, elevators,forklifts, etc. 特種設(shè)備（電梯/鍋爐)年批文
8.qualification or license of electrician, elevator operator, welding worker, etc 所有電工, 電梯操作員, 焊工等特別工種人員的操作證,上崗證
9.License of company nurse/doctor 廠醫(yī)的資格證/上崗許可證
10.Fire Drill Record (program/meeting minutes/ guidelines, photos, evacuation drill,use of fire extinguishers/ hose, ) 消防記錄(消防程序培訓(xùn), 圖片, 逃生演習(xí), 滅火器使用等)

13.First Aider Training Certificate/records 急救訓(xùn)練及相關(guān)證書和記錄
