十、Safety and Reliability Testing 安全及信賴測試 (比例：5.1%)
1. Does vendor have provisions for safety / reliability testing? 供貨商是否有安全及信賴測試
2. "Does the vendor have facilities with the required equipment in place to perform safety / endurance / reliability tests or sub-contract this job to a publicly recognized laboratory?供貨商是否有場地設(shè)置有所需儀器來進(jìn)行安全/信賴測試, 或者承包這項(xiàng)工作給公開有經(jīng)過承認(rèn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室.".
3. Are samples from current production reliability tested?從目前生產(chǎn)中取出的樣品有經(jīng)過信賴測試嗎?.
4. Is there a recording system for failures? 對于測試失敗的,是否有錄音系統(tǒng).

6. Are independent testing lab results sent to the factory and available to factory manager and quality manager? 獨(dú)立測試實(shí)驗(yàn)室的測試報(bào)告結(jié)果是寄到實(shí)驗(yàn)室, 且工廠經(jīng)理及品館經(jīng)理都可以看到嗎?.
十一、General Labor Related Attributes 勞氏驗(yàn)廠 - 一般員工相關(guān)事項(xiàng) (比例：17.9%)
1. Is the factory in compliance with Lowe’s Child Labor Policy? 工廠是否有符合Lowes的兒童勞工法
2. Is the factory in compliance with the forced labor laws of the country? 工廠有符合國家法定勞工法
3. Is there evidence of transshipments? 是否有轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的證據(jù)？
4. Are there sufficient exits for an emergency (must be more than one if the area is greater than 4,000 sq. ft and more than 30 workers work in that area)? 是否有足夠的緊急出口燈及標(biāo)示(假如工作區(qū)域超過4000sq ft., 此區(qū)域員工數(shù)超過30個員工, 都必須要超過1個以上的 緊急出口燈及標(biāo)示)

9. Is fresh drinking water readily available to workers?工人可以隨時(shí)取得新鮮的飲用水嗎
10. Is there adequate first aid box which provides antiseptic, mercurochrome, bandage, burn cream, etc. available throughout the factory? (Definition of adequate : At least one first aid box in a workshop) 工廠內(nèi)是否有足夠的急救箱供應(yīng)紅藥水,繃帶,燒燙藥膏 (足夠的定義是1個工作區(qū)至少要有1個急救箱).
11. Are there medical facilities on site? 工廠內(nèi)是否有醫(yī)療站
12. Is there a doctor, nurse or medical technician on site?工廠內(nèi)是否有醫(yī)生,護(hù)士, 或醫(yī)護(hù)人員
